I am dedicated to serving individuals and couples that are struggling to enjoy their lives, who feel that there are barriers standing in the way of reaching their goals and fulfilling their potential. These challenges may come from any number of situations—family, jobs, trauma (physical, sexual, or situational), poor self-image, feelings of inadequacy, fear of any number of situations, and the sense that they are victims. I have over 15 years of experience helping with just such issues. A number of interventions are employed—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Unconditional Positive Regard, Brief/Solution Focused Therapy; meditation/mindfulness training, creative visualization, reframing, and trauma work—among others.
